At Laylah The Collective, we strive to ensure your experience with us is seamless from start to finish. By placing an order on www.laylahthecollective.com, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms:

Standard delivery from $9.95AUD
(Approx. 3-5 business days)*

Express delivery at this point in time we do not offer express shipping. This is something we will look into in the near future.

Free standard delivery on +$100 orders or more

We ship to Australia only at this point in time and are looking at our options to ship internationally.

Shipping & Processing

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed after 11 AM AEST will begin processing the next business day.
• You will be notified of any unforeseen delays, as we prioritise clear communication with our customers.

Delivery Times

Once your order has left our studio, Laylah The Collective cannot guarantee specific delivery times as they are managed by the carrier company. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

• Tracking information will be provided for every order.
• In cases where an order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or raise a dispute and send us an email at info@laylahthecollective.com
